We aim to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable and as convenient as possible in order that you can relax and take in these wonderful surroundings.

Marsham is a much loved area of natural interest due to its richness and diversity of flora, fauna and wildlife. In 1986 Marsham Heath was designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest because it represented the largest area of heather heathland now remaining in East Norfolk. Bell Heather, Ling and Cross Leaved Heath are among the main species of fauna that may be found in the area. In the spring and summer, a striking yellow display is on offer from the Western Gorse flower, which as the name suggests, is uncommon in Eastern Britain.

For those twitchers among you there are a wide variety of heath land birds that nest on the site including Meadow Pipits, Sky Larks and occasional Nightjars.
