The site boasts some spectacular views and is excellently located for other areas of local interest.  It is a mere 20 minutes away from the beautiful Norfolk coastline so makes an ideal base for your stay.  Basic provisions are available in Marsham but there are also shops, a supermarket, restaurants, pubs and other amenities in the market town of Aylsham which is approximately a 10 minute drive from Top Farm.

Facilities on the site include separate ladies and gents' toilets and a separate shower block (completed 2003).  All of which have hot water supplied. The new purpose built toilet block was recently completed for the 2006 season, with additional disabled and baby changing facilities for your convenience.  We have also included a 'washing-up' area for those who are staying in tents.  All our facilities have been built to a high standard and are regularly maintained to ensure your comfort.  There are also a number of electrical hook-ups available.
